Dr. Jennings

Dr. Jennings has been practicing in Columbia since 2003. Before beginning practice in Columbia, he spent several years in Dallas-Fort Worth specializing in LASIK and specialty contact lenses. He currently focuses on primary eye care, seeing patients of all ages. He still has a particular interest in specialty contact lenses and enjoys working with LASIK patients. Dr. Jennings’ ability to empathize with patients is boosted by his life of being a patient. He began seeing eye doctors when he was four years old. He has seen many eye care settings and makes his very best effort to make patients comfortable in their experience at his office.

Dr. Jennings is originally from the Oklahoma City area. Dr. Jennings attended the University of Central Oklahoma for his bachelors. He then obtained his doctorate of optometry at the Oklahoma College of Optometry.

Dr. Jennings spent 8 years in the Army Reserve as an optometrist. He was called to active duty in 2005 for one year. Although it was difficult to maintain an optometry practice while away, the practice survived. Dr. Jennings holds members of the military in the highest regard and still provides care to them through various programs

Dr. Jennings enjoys spending time with his family while taking advantage of the many activities and organizations located in the Mid-Missouri area.
