Temporary Change in Office Operations 03.23.20

In light of the evolving pandemic, I have decided to limit our practice to essential services for the time being.  I believe this change allows us to assist in following the CDC guidance on social separation. If you have a non-essential appointment in the next week, we will be in touch to help reschedule your appointment.  

I will be on call in the event of an emergency.  Should you require emergency care, please call or message my office (573.222.0140).  I am very willing to address issues and keep you out of urgent care or the ER. In some situations, telehealth (skype, facetime, zoom, etc.) may be an option I implement soon.  

As with any other practice or business, this decision was difficult and painful.  However, in order to contribute in the battle against controlling this virus, I felt it was necessary.  We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and work to serve you to the best of our ability.  

Curbside service is available for eyewear pickup.  Our doors will remain locked. Please message or call to arrange a time for pickup.  

If your contact lens supply is getting low, please consider ordering now.  Shipping fees for home delivery will be waived.  Expiration dates will be flexible during this time.  Eyewear repair and replacement will also be available on an as needed basis.
